Welcome to FLOG Games. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We've kept this in plain English.
FLOG Games is a scorekeeping and bet-tracking tool for recreational golf. It records your scores, calculates the games and side bets your group chooses to play, and shows who owes who at the end of the round. That's it.
FLOG never processes, holds, transfers, or facilitates any money. We do not take a cut, run a pot, or move funds between players. Any wagers are private arrangements between you and the people you play with, and any money changes hands directly between those players, outside the app. FLOG simply does the math you'd otherwise do on a scorecard.
You and your group decide what to play and for how much. You are responsible for making sure any wagering you do is legal where you are and is the kind of friendly, social betting among people who know each other that the app is built for. You must be old enough to enter into this agreement and to bet where you live. If a score or settlement looks wrong, sort it out with your group; FLOG is a convenience, not a referee, and not an escrow service.
Keep your login details to yourself and make sure the information in your profile is accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't use FLOG to harass anyone, to break the law, or to interfere with the app or other people's use of it.
We work hard to keep the math right and the app running, but FLOG is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or perfectly accurate. Scores and settlements are only as good as the data entered, which comes from you and your group.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FLOG Games and the people behind it are not liable for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from your use of the app, including any disagreement over scores, bets, or who owes who. Your wagers, and settling them, are between you and your fellow players.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use FLOG after a change means you accept the new terms.
